Remnant Earrings  - A limited run of hand crafted & assembled earrings. 
 
The Earrings: 
Lightweight ceramic earrings crafted by the artist in highschool, and finished a decade later with sterling silver leverback earring hooks & beads. 
 
The Story: 
Meticulously shaped and glazed by hand in 2014, these ceramic shells and petals began as an experimental sculpture series. The result was unfulfilling, and the sculptures were scrapped. Discarded, the remnants sat on a childhood bedroom shelf for a decade. That’s when their purpose became apparent, the remnants found their new purpose, a way to be utilized and bring their creation full circle. 
 
With light tinkling in the ears, these pieces call back to the sea and back to the garden with their shape and color, bringing a vibrant, unique and one of a kind creation to your  jewelry box. Each of these pairs is one of a kind, and once they are gone, they won’t be made again.
